About me

Hi, I’m Sigrid — certified life coach and creator of The Self-Reclamation Method™, a four-step framework designed to help women rise from disconnection into clarity, confidence, and an aligned life where they can flourish as their truest selves.

In addition to my coaching work, I bring a background in healthcare, nursing education, and academic research. As a current PhD candidate, I bridge heart-centered guidance with structure and evidence-based insight — helping you create meaningful change.

Who do I work with?

I work with women who feel stuck and disconnected — as if their outer life no longer reflects their inner truth. I know from personal experience how unsettling that can be — and yet how deeply transformative those seasons can become when you accept the invitation to grow.

Through my coaching practice, I offer an emotionally safe space where you can reconnect with what matters most, align with your values, and take self-honoring steps toward the life you truly desire.

My approach is calm, nurturing, and thoughtfully attuned to your unique process. I care deeply about supporting your whole well-being so that the changes you make feel both aligned and lasting.

  • True fulfillment comes from living in alignment with your values — not external expectations

  • Clarity comes through action — not through overthinking or rumination

  • Real transformation begins with awareness, curiosity, compassion, and courage

  • Growth doesn’t have to feel like struggle — it can unfold with grace and lightness when it’s rooted in your values
